SPRINGFIELD – Helene M. Anderson passed away on July 2, 2014 in Wingate at Springfield. Born on November 5, 1921 to the late Sam and Katherine Haberern, she had worked at Sunshine Art Studio.
Predeceased by her husband, Frederick Anderson, son William and six siblings, she is survived by her children Frederick Anderson Jr. (Theresa) of Springfield, MA, Andrew Anderson Sr. (Lisa) of Linden, NC, and Christine DuBour of Alamogordo, NM; five grandchildren; one great grandchild; a brother Ronald and a sister Gertrude. Mrs. Anderson will always be remembered as being generous and kind.
Visitation will be on Monday, July 7, 2014 from 9-10AM at New England Funeral & Cremation Center, LLC 25 Mill Street, Springfield, MA followed by services at 11AM at Trinity Evangelical Lutheran Church, 400 Wilbraham Road, Springfield, MA. Burial will follow in the family plot in Oak Grove Cemetery. Visit www.nefcc.net
