Hatfield – Mrs. Helena (Borkowski) Stankowski, 58, beloved wife of Henry Stankowski, passed away at home surrounded by her loving family on Saturday, May 12, 2018.
She was born in Rzuchow, Poland on July 14, 1959, one of eight children of Michal and Stefania (Gasior) Borkowski.
She was a twenty-nine-year Hatfield resident.
Helena loved everything about life, was always cheerful and enjoyed socializing with family and friends.
She loved cooking, gardening, traveling, exercising, and taking long walks.
In addition to her husband Henry Stankowski, she leaves her daughter Evelyn Stankowski both of Hatfield, and her son Luke Stankowski and his fiancée Danielle St. Jean of Greenfield.
A Liturgy of Christian Burial will be held on Saturday, May 19, 2018 at 10am at Our Lady of Czestochowa Church, 84 K Street, Turners Falls. Burial will follow in Calvary Cemetery, Bridge Street, Hatfield.
