Hazel O. Trudeau

SOUTH HADLEY-Hazel O. Trudeau, 68, died July 5, 2010 at Wingate at South Hadley. A lifelong area resident, she had been employed as a manager at Pride Stores for several years. Her interests included computers, arts and crafts and Bingo. She was a huge Bruins fan. She was predeceased by her husband, Richard R. Gibbs, Sr. who died in 1980; a brother, Larry Borrette, and her parents, Fred N and Olive (Bedorre) Borrette. She leaves her sons: Richard R. Gibbs and Nicole Deren, of Belchertown, MA and Steven M. Gibbs, of Springfield, MA; sisters: Arlene Davis, of CT, Jean Hamm and Linda Blanchette, of Springfield, MA; grandchildren: Abbigail and Samantha Deren; daughters-in-law: Sue Gibbs and Theresa Kaplan Gibbs of Chicopee, MA along with many other relatives and friends. Private services will be held at a later date. New England Funeral & Cremation Center, LLC, 25 Mill Street, Springfield, MA is assisting the family.
