He was born in Los Angeles, CA on September 6, 1936, a son of the late Samuel and Helen (Neiman) Talsky.
He previously resided in Hanover, NH and Easthampton, MA. Gene was a technology marketing consultant who was actively involved in designing the first laptop computers. Gene loved sailing his boat to Block Island, Nantucket, and Long Island Sound, playing the piano, and sports cars, especially his Aston Martin.
He is survived by his children, Philip Talsky of Van Nuys CA, Justine Fargo (William) of Medford, MA, Sasha Talsky of Napa, CA, and Max Talsky (Meghan Cummings) of Sugar Hill, NH. He was predeceased by his brother, Ronald Talsky and granddaughter Samantha Fargo.
