SOUTH HADLEY-Frank A. Curto, 76, died peacefully at Baystate Medical Center on June 9, 2012 with his wife and step-daughter at his side. Born on April 7, 1936 in Springfield, MA to the late Anthony and Sally (Poususky) Curto, he worked at the Holyoke District Court Facilities for 15 years. Frank was an expert fisherman who loved to fly fish. Predeceased by his parents and son, Frank Valenti in 1995, he will be deeply missed by his wife, Nancy Will Bombard of South Hadley, MA; step-daughter, Debbie Bombard, and her partner, Cheryl Stevens of Easthampton, MA; sister-in-law, Katie Earney-Will of Belchertown, MA; his fishing buddies: Jack King, Jim Pagliaro, Jack Gannon, George Colclough and Marla Blair; special friends: Tark and Mary Torcia, Tony Marafioti, Kevin Byrne, Kathy Ducharme, Janet Klofas and Danny Knapp and his special cat “Callie”. The family would like to extend many thanks to the Baystate nurses in the CCU, Respiratory Department, ICU and Hospice. There are no calling hours and burial will take place at the convenience of the family. Donations may be made to T.J.
