SPRINGFIELD – Frances C. Parker, 83, passed away on September 5, 2017.
Born in Boston on February 13, 1934, she was a lifelong nanny. A communicant of Our Lady of Sacred Heart Church, she was also a teacher’s assistant.
Predeceased by her husband, Harold, she leaves her children: David and Robert Parker of Springfield, William Parker of Agawam, Debra Roberts of FL and many grandchildren and great grandchildren.
