SPRINGFIELD – Felix A. Iraola, 75, passed away suddenly on October 1, 2018 at Baystate Medical Center.
Born in Guyama, Puerto Rico on May 1, 1943 to the late Miguel Iraola Velasquez and Guadalupe Lorenzi Rosado, he was a baker for many years at Modern Bakery on Main Street in the South End of Springfield and Italian Bakery on Orange Street.
He leaves his devoted family: his wife Ana, children Anthony, Alexis and Alfonso Iraola, Annette Guzman, Arlene and Maritza Iraola; brother Pedro, sister Migdalia; grandchildren: Jose, Jovanne, Antonio, Joshua, Yelenna, Nathan and Abriella and great grandchildren: Israel, Chanel, Anais, Lia and Jayden.
He was predeceased by his brothers Miguel, Andre and Israel.
Visitation will be held on October 7, 2018 from 4-7 PM at New England Funeral & Cremation Center, LLC, 25 Mill Street, Springfield, MA. A memorial talk will be at 6 PM.
Burial will follow in Oak Grove Cemetery on October 11, 2018 at 10AM. Visit www. nefcc.net
