Doris E. Labroad

SPRINGFIELD-Doris E. LaBroad, 82, died on March 13, 2012 at Mercy Medical Center. Born on July 12, 1929 in Springfield, MA to the late John and Elizabeth (Fitzgerald) Bowers, she had worked as a Machine Operator at Buxton. She was a happy and funny person who loved to joke around. Pre-deceased by her sister, Dorothy Franklin and her son, Armand Belanger, she leaves her husband, Edward R. LaBroad Sr.; her daughters, Lori Suzor of Springfield and Joanne LaBroad (Joseph) of Ludlow, MA; her sons, Michael Belanger (Patricia) of Springfield, Gerald Belanger (Loretta) of Springfield and Edward LaBroad Jr. (Karrie) of Agawam, MA; 14 grandchildren and great grandchildren and many other family members. There will be a private memorial for family and friends on March 31 from 2:00 to 4:00 PM at 1245 East Street, Ludlow, MA. New England Funeral & Cremation Center, LLC is assisting the family.
