Donna J. Davies

SPRINGFIELD-Donna J. Davies, 54, died March 2, 2011 at Chapin Center in Springfield, Massachusetts. Born on January 6, 1957 in Rapid City, South Dakota she had lived in Springfield for the past seven years, coming from Shorean, Vermont. She was a Christian woman who was totally dedicated to her children. When she lived in Vermont she spent much of her time rescuing animals and nursing baby animals back to life. Predeceased by her mother, Betty (Marshall) Root, she leaves her father, John Root, of Geneva, Florida; her children: Benjamin Davies, of Orwell, Vermont, Adam Davies, of Easthampton, Massachusetts and Matthew Davies and her daughter, Elizabeth Davies, of Springfield, Massachusetts; her brother: Steven Root, and his wife, Jo, of Chesterfield, Massachusetts; her sisters: Debra Hocker, and her husband, Paul, of Colorado Springs, Colorado, Lana Jula, and her husband, John, of Adrian, Michigan and Susan Lococo and her husband, Philip, of Plainfield, Massachusetts; her ex-husband: Clyde Davies, of Massachusetts and many other family members.
