Donald E. Trudell, 81, passed away on Tuesday, August 18, 2020 at Baystate Medical Center.
A lifelong Springfield resident, he was the son of the late John and Elsie (Decormier) Trudell.
He attended local schools and retired from the City of Springfield school department.
He is survived by his sons, Scott (Sandra), and Donald (Gail) of Springfield. He also leaves his grandsons: Donovan Trudell and Heath Trudell and his fiancé Caroline Pierce.
He was predeceased by his wife Deanna (Champagne) Trudell on September 18, 2018.
There are no calling hours. Burial will be in Gate of Heaven Cemetery. New England Funeral & Cremation Center, LLC, 25 Mill Street, Springfield, Ma has been entrusted with the arrangements. Visit www.nefcc.net
