Dolores M. Stamps

SPRINGFIELD – Dolores M. Stamps, 73, a longtime receptionist for the Springfield School Department, died December 30, 2013. She also worked at the North End Community Center for 20 years helping the youth in the North End. She was born January 1, 1940 in Boston, MA to Joseph and Yolanda (Iconelli) Amico. She leaves her children Cheri Stamps, Theodore Stamps Jr. (Sharon Parsons), Rodney Macklin, grandchildren Michelle, Corey, Theo, Tiara, Christopher, Damien, Ariel, Phineas, Anthony and Jemi, Great Grandchildren, Aaliyah, Destiny, Justin, Nina and Mekhai. She was pre-deceased by her parents, brother, Joseph Amico and son Scott Vincent Macklin who died on September 26, 2013. Services will be held on Sunday January 5, 2014 at 2pm at Cottage Hill Church, 315 Cottage St, Springfield.
