Cosette L. Lindley

Longmeadow - Cosette Louise (Cook) Lindley of Longmeadow passed away August 28, 2016 at the age of 94.
She was preceded in death by her husband, James Lindley, son James Lindley Jr and two brothers, John Cook and Gerard Cook.
Cosette is survived by her sister/best friend Alice Marquis, daughter Louise DiStefano and her husband Timothy and her beloved grandchildren, Shannon, Sam, James and Patricia.
In the 40’s, Cosette worked as manager and purchaser for the Westover Exchange. Later in the 60’s, she worked for the Holyoke School Department cafeteria office where she became part of management. One of her main passions was the Perpetual Help Ladies Guild in Holyoke. She was the president for many years. In 1998 she retired to enjoy her grandchildren.
A Liturgy of Christian Burial will be held September 7, 2016 at 10:00 AM at Sacred Heart Church.
In lieu of flowers, donations may be made to Sacred Heart Church.
