East Longmeadow – Claire D. Phaneuf, 25, passed away suddenly at home on January 23, 2019.
She was born in Springfield on February 4, 1993, a beloved daughter of Sheila (Farrell) Hurlburt of East Longmeadow and the late Clifford Phaneuf.
Known as “Claire Bear” to all, especially her mother, she leaves to cherish her memory her siblings, Clifford Phaneuf (Sara) of Brimfield, Scott (Amy) of TN, and her sister Melissa (Ryan) of CA, three uncles, Brian Farrell (Cindy) of Gill, Jerome Jay Farrell (Kim) of OH, and Wayne Phaneuf (Lori Myers) of Brimfield. She also leaves her cat, Charles Barkley.
She was predeceased by her step father William Hurlburt.
Visitation at New England Funeral & Cremation Center, LLC, 25 Mill Street, Springfield, MA is on February 2, 2019 from 10AM – 12PM with a funeral service at 12PM. Burial will follow in St. Michael Cemetery. Please visit www.nefcc.net
