Holyoke – Carol A. (Czarneicki) Edgerton, 82, beloved wife of Graeme C. Edgerton, passed away on February 6, 2019.
A lifelong Holyoke resident, she was born on December 29, 1936, a daughter of the late Joseph and Viola (McDonald) Czarneicki.
She attended local schools and was previously employed at Spaulding. Carol was a great cook with “sacred” recipes and enjoyed family card games, knitting, and drawing.
In addition to her husband, she is survived by two sons, Mark G. Edgerton (Patricia), and David S. Edgerton, both of Chicopee. She also leaves two grandsons, Thomas and Nicholas Edgerton, and her favorite cat in the world, “Larry.” She was predeceased by her brother, Joseph Czarneicki, and sister, Joan Shevlin.
