Carol E. Disorda

Springfield-Carol E. Disorda, 61, died March 20, 2009 at Baystate Medical Center. Born in Pittsfield to the late Albert and Mary (Duval) Johnson, she had previously lived in Vermont and Florida and was an area resident since 1979. She was a devoted wife and loving mother. She leaves her husband, Gene A. Disorda; a son, Gene Disorda, Jr. of Springfield; a daughter, Carol Jean Disorda of Springfield and many other family members. The funeral will be Thursday, March 26, 2009 at 12:30 p.m. at New England Funeral & Cremation Center, LLC, 25 Mill St., Springfield. Burial will follow at the Massachusetts Veterans’ Memorial Cemetery at 2:00 p.m. Visitation will precede the funeral from 11:30 a.m.-12:30 p.m. on Thursday.
