West Springfield—Arthur Jacobson died on October 28, 2011. His is survived by his wife Esther, daughter Judy , his beloved grandsons Evan and Gabriel and his sisters Doris Rosenthal of Dedham, MA and Ruth Tiven of Orange, CT. He was the founder of Olympic Manufacturing , and, along with his wonderful partner Tom Daly, also founded Oasis Shower Doors, where, in both instances, he was privileged to work with the best people on earth, and was supremely grateful for it all. A memorial service will be held on Sunday, November 6 , 2011 at 12:30 pm at the Sheraton Hotel in downtown Springfield. In lieu of flowers, memorial contributions may be made to the American Cancer Society. New England Funeral & Cremation Center, LLC, 25 Mill Street, Springfield, MA has been entrusted with the arrangements. Please visit www.nefcc.net for online condolences.
