BOSTON/SPRINGFIELD – Arlethia Thompson, 94, passed away on December 26, 2015. Arlethia was born to the union of Mr. Hibbler Godfrey & Nora Maxie in Oxford, Georgia.
She is survived by grandchildren Allan, Steven, Darin, Michael, Charmane, Terry, Keisha, Kevin and Leah Thompson; great grandchildren Courtney, Marquise, Kyhron, Yolanda, Khia, Kennedy, Brijaun, Nicole, Dejsaun, Amari, Imani, David, Willie, Taleesha, Damarion, Danazha, Damion and Karen and brothers Hibbler Godfrey, Jr and Ellis Godfrey.
Viewing will be held January 8, 2015 at 10 AM in St. Katharine Drexel Church 517 Blue Hill Avenue, Dorchester, MA followed by a Liturgy of Christian Burial at 11 AM. Burial will be in Fairview Cemetery, Hyde Park. New England Funeral & Cremation Center, LLC has been entrusted with the arrangements. www.nefcc.net
