Born on October 4, 1967 in Holyoke, MA to John and Alice (Wesolowski) Filip, Amy worked in early childhood development and enjoyed gardening and crafts. Predeceased by her father, she leaves her mother, Alice Filip of Holyoke, MA, daughter, Emily Roy and grandson Julian of Las Vegas, NV; sister, Christine Grady of Holyoke, MA; uncles: Frederick Wesolowski (Ruth) of Adams, MA and Theodore Wesolowski of MS; aunt, Loryn Deane of Wildwood, NJ; niece, Sarah Grady of Holyoke, MA, great nephew, Richard Houle and great-great nephew, Richard Houle, Jr. of Holyoke, MA and her caregiver and dear friend, William Martin of Springfield, MA and many other beloved family members and friends. A Liturgy of Christian Burial will be held on Saturday, April 20, 2013 at 11:00AM at St. Catherine of Siena Church followed by private burial in St. Stanislaus Cemetery in Adams, MA.
