Springfield – Alicia Mercado, 80, passed away July 27, 2017 in a local nursing home. She was born on April 16, 1937, one of twenty-six siblings. She is survived by her children Ezequiel, Alcides and Luis Santiago; Jasmell Mercado, Judith Santana, and Bethzaida Santiago, thirteen grandchildren and many great grandchildren.
