Albina Narmontas

LONGMEADOW – Albina Narmontas, 89 of Longmeadow entered into eternal rest on Sunday February 22, 2009.  Born in Brooklyn, NY, Albina and her husband John raised their family in Ridgewood, NY where she was an active member of Saint Matthias Church. They retired to Hudson, FL where they lived happily for more than 20 years. She moved to Glenmeadow Retirement Community in Longmeadow seven years ago to be closer to her children upon the death of her husband. She leaves her son Steven, daughter-in-law Joan, and grandson John of Longmeadow, and her son John and his fiancé Carol of Dover Plains, NY.  Burial and services will be in Florida. In lieu of flowers, donations may be made to the Springfield Rescue Mission.
